From November 26 to 28, the Workshop on Digital Economy Development and Integrity was jointly organized by Xiamen National Accounting Institute (XNAI) and the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Institute ( CAREC Institute), and implemented by the Belt and Road Economic and Financial Capacity Building Platform.The workshop brought together over 70 government officials, scholars, and industry experts from Azerbaijan, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan , Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.

Ms. Zheng Yong, the vice president of XNAI, and Dr. Huang Jingjing, Director One of CAREC Institute delivered opening remarks.

The associate professor Jian Wei and the associate professor Li Xiping from XNAI, along with Mr. Ghulam Samad, the director of the Research Department, and Mr. Lu Shiliang, research expert from the CAREC Institute, delivered thematic presentations on topics including data asset management and data compliance, digital economy governance, as well as the current status, challenges, and responses related to the development of the digital economy in Central Asia.
